A little about me...
I am Daniel
I am a two time cancer survivor. I'm also a father of two wonderful and amaizng young men, my sons, Danny and Sam. I have been married to Connie, the Love Of My Life for 32 years.
I believe with all of my heart that a big part of the reason that I am still alive is because of the love and support of my family and friends throught my ongoing cancer journey. My ongoing journey has taught me so much about life and how precious it is. My advice to everyone that I get to share a little bit of my life with is to simply enjoy life. Be In The Moment. Don't be in such a rush that you miss the important things in life. Enjoy being in the company of family and good friends. Don't wait for special moments to happen, go out and create them! My final piece of advice is from my photographer's point of view. That advice would be to capture life's special moments through photographs. Photographs capture those special moments forever, long after those moments have come and gone. Whether you choose to go with me or another photographer please remember that those event photogaphs will always be there to help you relive those special feelings and emotions long after those moments have come and gone.
To me, being a good photographer means that you never stop learning. In order to successfully capture a client's special moments requires so much more than just good technical knowledge or the best photographic equipment that money can buy. It's more about knowing how to be. It's about connecting with the client and being in the moment together with them when the day of the event finally arrives. I work hard at building trust quickly with every guest - in every situation - so I can portray them as naturally and authentically as possible. I am a very patient photographer and I work hard when it comes to capturing those special moments for my clients. I strive to make each one of my sessions a fun and memorable experience because it is those very images that I capture that will keep the memories and feelings fresh for generations to come. If you've read this far then I truly hope to hear from you. I would love nothing more that to be the photographer that you select to capture those special moments for you.
I leave you with these quotes about photography:
Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.
- Aaron Siskind -
Photography for me is not looking, it’s feeling. If you can’t feel what you’re looking at, then you’re never going to get others to feel anything when they look at your pictures.
- Don McCullin -
A photograph can be an instant of life captured for eternity that will never cease looking back at you.
- Brigitte Bardot -
Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still.
- Dorothea Lange -
